Today my special guest is Andrea Hanson again. She is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who specializes in rapid neurobiological rebalancing, shifting clients from a state of trauma response to a state of wholeness and flow.
This week we talk a little more about the sexy side of things. Have you heard of edging? It's the practice of bringing yourself or someone to the edge of orgasm then backing off and letting it subside a bit. Then you edge again and again until you choose to finally orgasm. This increases the intensity and pleasure of the orgasm. The same principle can apply to our growth zone and increasing our level of comfort to experience more joy.
