Today my special guest is Siera Jane Grace.
She is a Sacred Sex Coach who guides women in reconnecting with their sexual energy and feminine bodies. She is a Cosmic Sexuality certified instructor, a body neutrality published author and an all around embodied sex goddess. Her goal is to lovingly provide a safe space for women to become comfortable with learning about and returning to their bodies and talking openly about their pleasure. While imparting ancient wisdom and practices to aid women in healing womb and Yoni trauma.
There is so much that our bodies are trying to tell us but we are too busy or ashamed to listen. For some reason, as women, we don't see the importance of listening when our pussy/yoni speaks. We should always be asking ourselves why we are doing the things we do and how we would like to feel. This gives us insight into what our bodies need and want. Siera says that many of us have been in a Yoni Coma.
We talk about the different Archetypes of a woman as well. There are four different ones. The Maiden, the Mother, the Enchantress, and the Crone. These often show up in some form during our cycle and it's so important to be aware of which archetype might be prominent at the time. Each archetype has its own energy. She says to tap into how you feel and what you desire whenever you walk into a room. Especially the bedroom!
